Drop-in Resorces Center
Our Resource Center offers a prized resource for many women: a retreat to collect one's thoughts. A still place to gather strength.

Sometimes, something so simple can be a great blessing.

With comfortable furniture, inspiring artwork, snacks and refreshments our resource center enables women to relax in ways that are sometimes rare. We encourage our clients and women in need to drop by, anytime the Women's Collective is open (M-F 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).

Educational Materials
When it comes to HIV/AIDS, knowledge is often the best prevention. With this in mind, the Women's Collective is building a collection of some of the most valuable literature, videos, and treatment education tools to assist women protect themselves and their families from HIV/AIDS. These materials include:

• Up-to date brochures and publications from leading government, not-for-profit and medical sources.
  
  
• Periodicals, including POZ Magazine, Positive, HIV+, WORLD Newsletter, and others.
  
  
• Education videos produced by AARP, National Minority AIDS Council (NMAC), MEE Productions, pharmaceutical companies among others.
  
  
• Education tools, such as three-dimensional models and prevention devices.

Community Kitchen & Pantry
A gathering site for women as they enter our office, we provide snacks, drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner foods as well we have an emergency pantry of food for women and families who are in need.

Super-fast Internet Access
The internet has emerged as a powerful tool for accessing valuable, sometimes life-saving information. Whether it is e-mail, on-line treatment education, or prevention information and services, The Women's Colletive provides our clients and women in need with high-speed access to the web. And, of course, its free.
